We represented the Purchaser on this house in Flint Hill. Not only did we write the Contract, but helped negotiate terms and price. Using our knowledge of construction, we helped the Purchaser through the home inspection and negotiated for certain work to be performed by the Seller. We then guided the Purchaser through necessary repairs and assisted in finding reliable contractors to perform those repairs.
